Suggestion Title: Nissan Leaf ignition sound
Suggestion Description: It makes 0 sense that the Nissan Leaf, an electric vehicle, makes the sound of an engine turning over when starting. Especially not when it's driving sound is the hum of an electric motor.

The IRL Nissan Leaf has a very iconic start sound that should be used instead. A clean sample of this sound can be found here:

I like this, but I don't think enough people drive the Leaf to warrant the time putting this into place.
You might be able to change the sound yourself just for your end however.

Personally is not worth the time for developers to get a sound for an electric car such as the nissan leaf. There are ways of customising the sound to your own liking which. Am sure there is that one forum thread regarding editing sound in perpheads. It just doesn't come across as a large issue where it has to be changed. I personally from when I used to play 1 year ago like the electric sound we have now

Wait wait, important point here
Having looked through the files to edit the sound myself, the Nissan Leaf already HAS a custom engine start sound in content pack 3. It's just not used.
I think this might be more of a bug report than a suggestion! Even if I replace the sound, clearly the in-game car isn't looking at the correct sound file.

EDIT: As suspected, replacing the enginestart and engineoff files within sound\vehicles\tdmcars\nis_leaf does not affect the sound played.
