Still a question about refunds? I personally dont care enough to go through the process. But for those less fortunate and the ones with less money and items probably want refunds

I have already accepted a refund for something to do with the bugs. If solely the bugs are a reason for lost items, make a report and lets a staff member check it. Im sure a few refunds can be accepted if it was solely due to the bugs/freezing errors.
I'm just going to respond to this by saying that headlights are still fully optional. They turn on automatically so civilians, police, or anyone else are less likely to mistakenly have them off at night. However, the choice is still there to turn them off so why would it be pointless?
In an ideal system people choose to break laws and rules by their own choices, not by simple mistakes that can easily be overlooked, which this helps ensure is the case. I personally prefer we make it so there are less laws and rules being broken on a regular basis by aiding all players where possible. There is always plenty happening in Paralake City to make something as trivial as headlights be a common occurrence for police to have to deal with in addition to everything else.
