Topic: Ladder's on the windmill at the farm.
Short explanation (in notes):
-To have accessible ladders leading up to the top of the windmill.
Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
These ladders would be very helpful to gangs at the farm, as this would make a great sniper's nest, therefor people would not be stuck in the farm barn, unable to escape if police arrived. This would also be very easy to add for such a large element of help. Since the windmill is very small at the top it could not be abused, also some people could get shot twice or three times and they may lose balance and fall off, eliminating the over powered element.
Optional additions:
-A small platform coming off of the side, as to perhaps remove the player of falling off (http://prntscr.com/9hn8n2)
-An inside route to the top
-A new area of cover ontop of the windmill.
