snd_restart in console?

TheWaterMelonGuy has currently got a 2week ban for 3.2/3.4, but other than that, I cannot tell you their names as 1) I cannot remember and 2) GMod Demos don't contain IC names, just loading... Mabye 'what are those' could help me out with their names?

There is one thing i don't really like about elite dangerous, and that is the grind for money, if you want the best way to earn money, it is pure grind and galaxy hopping, other then that, the PVE/PVP is good, and the graphics are great. Would recommend bounty hunting if you get bored.

What i mean by enforcing rules is the spawn trapping with props, not like base prop spamming.

I think that the queue server should have some sort of rule system, since there are no rules on the server, people think it's acceptable to prop spam, Any ideas on the matter?

I disagree with it because its the gamblers fault that they loose on a 50% chance. Only gamble when its fun, when the fun stops, you stop "Cough totally didn't quote that from something". So i think they should keep the gambling sites open.
