But this james lean guy, Steam name WER 203 or something similar, is constantly FailRPing, by hitting unconscious bodies with nightstick, executing bank robbery suspects, RDM and a hell of a lot more, please do something about this. Im sorry if there was a template i was supposed to use but this is ridiculous.

100% agree, this person was towing vehicles illegally, unrestraining suspects and restraining randoms, killing officers by running them over, not listening to cops, helping criminals (all as a government official.)

I think it is still needed to make a ban request to him with the tamplate (https://perpheads.com/threads/action-request-template-and-guidelines.10/) and i recomend to uploade a Demo of him as proof of his actions.
