An idle thought came to me, broken doors don't automatically respawn; they must get replaced for a fee at the bank. Could be good.

Quick update for the day, police lieutenant can now revoke other emergency service's cars either at request of mayor or unneeded vehicles.

Now that sergeant is out, I will hope Xq can get skins and such done quickly. As for myself, going to enhance things regarding the city.

Assuming everything goes on schedule and I don't find any critical bugs between now and then, sergeant job should be released for Sunday!

Fixed the two bank managers bug that happens, some code organization, fixing warrant/demote tabs, & sergeant stuff so should be ready soon.
