Suggestion Title: Make it so u cant surrender with a gun out
Suggestion Description: people would hate to accidentally miss click the surrender button and lose many things either way why would surrender need to be a option when we have guns in our hands?

Why should this be added?:
- To avoid people miss clicking surrender mid shootout and losing

What negatives could this have?:
- None

What problem would this suggestion solve?: people accidentally miss clicking the surrender button will stop and everybody will be happy :D

Hmm lets see first of all that would be a mass RDM'ers payday, if you get gunpointed by a bunch of cops and u cannot surrender things could happen like getting shot, what then you would be the one complaining saying "AhH tHe CoPs ShOt Me BeCaUsE mY GuN wAs In My HaNd GiVe mE yOuR bAdGe NuMbEr" because ur that type of idiot too do that. do i need too continue...
