What is considered a construction prop? In the link at the bottom, defense props are listed but what is considered a "construction prop" that you can place on the outside part of your property? Construction props are not listed here.

Because if its not listed as a defense prop, It is not allowed to be used as part of a base. They aren't all listed because there is a lot of them.

Construction props as per the rules suggests any and all props that can be used.
In the sense of rule 3.9, it means any props used to make defences, but in all senses, it means any props (excluding material props that provide no "construction" value.)

So what props is someone allowed to put on the outside of your house or building but on the property line?

The graveyard and the gray patch of land is part of the church property. We would like to use some props to make the entrance to the gray patch more narrow so people can't park their cars on our property.

What you are describing is a defensive structure - these can only be built on the inside of the property, not on the outside. You can only build or place props outside of the property if you are not using it for illegal activities i.e. passive roleplay, and said props are for decoration.

Edit: when I refer to the "inside of the property" I'm not talking about the 'property lines' or whatever else but the actual physical building itself. So no, you cannot use props to make the entrance to the graveyard or grey patch of land more narrow or to prevent cars parking outside the Church.

Yes I want to make a narrow section so only 1 or two cars can fit through to enter the gray area of the church which belongs to the church. I want to do this to prevent people from parking their cars on my part of the church. I dont want to make some kind of defense, only to disable others from parking their car or make it harder. What props can i use for this?

technically this would not be for decoration, just to make cars go in a specific direction. It is not for defense though

It's not to prevent them from parking outside the property. It's to prevent them from parking on the gray patch of land which does belong to the church

What you are describing you are not allowed to do, regardless of what props you use. If you are using the Church as a base to grow drugs or whatever else, then you are only allowed to place props allowed by the Construction Handbook inside the Church building.

You may not think of it as a defence but ultimately that is what it is.

Every time I do this, if it's the police. they refuse. they just use my property as a parking lot to go up the stairs. If it's people, they just sit there and ignore me... what can i do about the a) the police doing this and b) the other citizens
