I've been on PD pretty much all day today, and so has Andrew. As a TFO, he has directed multiple raids and breaches, tactically running it and almost always ending in success. I was on dispatch during a bank raid, in which he stationed himself on top of the city garage as a marksman, and was informing each RTFO and pistol officer where to stand in order to not be shot by the raiders. He was asking me to check cameras, ensured clear communication to other officers, and at the end of it, all of the raiders who were still alive were caught, and there were barely any dead or injured officers. I've never seen a bank raid go that well, as you will all know, its often a disaster of people rushing in and dying and most of the time it ends in failure.
Aside from that, he's just a very nice person in general and has helped me both in PERP and another server.

Can vouch. Hyushi is great. I got RTFU today, and he was extremely helpful and very friendly

I do agree he is a good cop, even if he camps the jail cells as soon as someone slightly mentions they are 10 toes.

Had an interaction with him the other day when i was wanted for a minor crime @Maia and was as smooth as possible

Me and Jeffery Shelby were on EMS and we were snitching on WANTED suspects and we started getting followed by these 2 cars that were trying to GP us to get their friend released but Andrew told me and Jeffery, to pull up outside PD and run inside like our lives depended on it, it was fun ASF lol
