Why should this player be punished?: because he rammed me multiple times on the highway for no reason then when i ram into his car oncee he decides to pull a gun out nad try to shoot me then later he pops all my tires and destroys the engine of my car

I wasn’t driving the car that had rammed you as I was only a passenger. When you reversed up and drove towards me I was under the assumption you were trying to hit me with the car as you started driving towards me which is why I thought it was an adequate response to shoot at your vehicle
 
Im in the passenger seat of Elliot's car. Im not sure how you could think that when you run into the car and you are behind the wall

At the moment you stand in front of your car (1:42), the car slows down, and you are nowhere close to getting hit. You also only pulled your gun out once we hit your car

So I take it @Jake_ was the driver of the bugatti at the time?
 
I was driving the car yes, at th first initial interaction before that left turn towards the highway I called him a bad driver as he didn’t indicate to turn left and as I overtook he turned left into my car, I did then turn around and go towards the highway where the second contact which turned his car was accidental as you can see in the clip I drove off until I heard him provoke the situation and say “are you okay in the head”, it was then small interactions on the highway until I decided to leave it and drive off on the highway behind the tesla. They then decided to come back and provoke the situation more pulling up to where we were under the highway and purposely ramming my car at a decent speed head on purposefully causing damage. The shots that were fired at your car were not fired with the intent to kill or hurt you as you can see in the clip they were fired at the body of your car used as a deterrence to get you away from us after you were inflicting danger and damage to us and our property

I like how you frame this as us antagonising you when you insulted us first then followed us and made us turn the wrong way on the highway. If the part about not wanting to kill us is true why did you keep shooting when we drove away

I insulted you first as you turned into me without indicating, called you a simple “bad driver” which you are after not using your indicators
