While we work on weapon update we are also doing some other things, so this will be one large update when it does go live. Hope that's soon!
Given how many components that are crafted currently which after the update would be unneeded. There a number of things to consider doing...
Had a real blast today. We'll see how it turns out but now shotguns don't spray wider as inaccuracy but shoot directionally as a real1 would
Couldn't find a better recoil method than I had before so I did some tweaks it seems good now. Skill level helps in a few (new) ways now!
Well since recoil is being a pain to find a balance now because of slower fire rates making it easier to keep in check, I redid a few skins
Trying to find a balanced recoil between the different types of firearms is proving to be annoying as one is bound to be OP currently. Blah!
Well admittedly no progress on redoing recoil, but I did continue progress with item displays which are massively improved. Recoil - today.
After doing some extensive tests with new recoil, while good, it also made some guns too OP, so back to redoing again. Lucky me.
Spent some time today fixing the item displays in inventory to be better angled and positioned. Boring but worth the improvement. #funtimes
Working on a new recoil system and other factors behind shooting. Marksmanship skills will be a bit more useful due to it hopefully.
Is there a reason buckshot doesn't penetrate walls or obstacles? It really sucks balls when people can easily avoid shotgun shells close range by hiding behind flimsy walls.
Pistol fire rate poll so far has interesting results. As about 50% want higher rate and 50% want slower. So I guess that means no change.
Post update: weapons will save last selected fire mode set by you or others. No more always changing to full auto. Some hold type fixes too.
How many calories does my girlfriend burn by jumping to conclusions?
I still need more people to vote in my pistol fire rate poll, so be sure to do so. May make more polls soon to see what people like/want.
As another note of progress which may not seem like much or may seem like why was it needed? I have made the materials on guns much better. -
