You should appeal on the account you’re originally banned for as you were banned for alting, or link the actual steamID of the main one instead of the alt

I've forwarded this to Patrol Command to fix and given you Officer manually for the time-being, the law was just updated last night so the answer will be wrong.

Did you read the other bit where you could also upload it on another file sharing site? Google drive? The one I linked is my personal one but you could just use Google drive if anything or I can request it through the server
