Description of the idea:
This suggestion is to make it so that if someone runs for mayor, but is the only candidate running for mayor for 30 minutes, then that person is given mayor. On the 20th minute, an automatic broadcast will be made in chat saying “The mayoral election is due to occur in 10 minutes with 1 candidate, apply at city hall today!”.
Why should this be added? (pros):
- Literally will put a stop to people running for mayor when they don’t want it.
What negatives could this have? (cons):
- None I can think of other than muh democracy
