Vehicles may not be parked on public roads unless designated by the parking road markings.

Vehicles may not be parked or stopped for too long without a justifiable reason on public roads (including gas stations) unless designated by the parking road markings.

Why should this change be made: I am not too sure if this is covered by other laws but it is generally causing a bit of confusion (to me at least). This law should make it illegal to park at the gas station as it can cause trouble and also it will not allow people to stop their cars e.g. people stopping their cars at the pavement or similar. They didn't leave their vehicle so it can be considered as parking even though it is pretty similar.

What is the aim of this change: Will avoid confusion and will make people not complain about being ticketed for something the law doesn't states.

Additional Information: Again, this might be already covered by other laws, if it is it would be worth mentioning.

Gas stations are city property and have road signs and markings on them, cars parked there for extended periods of time that clearly aren't using the pumps or the shop should be ticketed and/or removed by RC. This already comes under 12.4. Doesn't matter if people complain about it, they're blocking a gas station for no reason when other people need to use it.

This have been fixed in the new law amendment.​
