What law do you wish to change/add: 12.4 parking -
Vehicles may not be parked on public roads unless designated by the parking road markings.
Why should this change/addition be made:
12.4 parking -
Vehicles without reasonable excuse which does not warrant the use to be stopped on the public roads causing an obstruction, with regards to parking in city owned parking spaces, you must be parked appropriatly in the manner designed by the markings, parking illegally on this constitues parking sideways, diagonally, ontop of 2 bays, 2 cars in 1 bay or on a solid yellow line
What is the aim of this change/addition:
to stop confusion and describe what constitutes to illegal parking and what manner ect
