1280x720p error

So basically if I put on 720p the screen sort of moves a bit up and to the left, making there become small black bars on the right and bottom side of my screen. I would love a fix for this.

I can't get a screenshot of it, because if I try, it doesn't take a picture of the black bits, rather the bit that isn't actually on my screen.

Why would you want 720p

Probably don't have the right aspect ratio? 4:3 I guess?
