2.11 Replying to an inactive thread - Users are not to post on a thread that has been inactive for a long period of time unless it brings a constructive and well thought-out response to said thread.
Why do you believe this rule should be Added/Edited: (Be extensive and descriptive)
I believe this rule should be added as I've seen a few people now be warned for replying to a thread, even while its on-topic, just because it's an old thread. This, I think, is not fair, as it does not highlight this on the description of "bumping." Therefor, this rule gives the person replying to the thread closure that they will NOT get a warning upon posting a reply relating to the topic of the thread, purely because said thread is old.
Please leave any ideas to add or change about this new rule down below.
