What rule do you wish to Edit/Add: 2.5

Your version of the rule:

Generally speaking, players are not allowed to excessively negatively affect the experiences of other players while playing on the server. For exampleintentionally mugging and targeting new players, destroying a number of valuable items in a store should only be done under certain circumstances, and more so as a last resort; specifically, reasons such as product prices, a ‘basic’ distaste towards someone within the store, grossly disproportionate methods to quell competition, etc, are not typically acceptable. Bombing an apartment, or using explosives that would damage anything, should only be used in raids if you have full knowledge, that all who might get hit by it, is armed, or have in anyway been a threat to you. Bombs should only be used if it is deemed neccesary, an example would be, you should not place down bombs to raid an apartment where the drugs would realistically be destroyed, if that is what you are raiding them for, or where anyone who might be unarmed are killed.

Why do you believe this rule should be Added/Edited: Right now, many rich people have tons of bombs, and dont care about losing 5 bombs and just place down 5 bombs killing everyone in the house, yet realistically the drugs would be doomed by doing that, and it is not exactly beneficial as 5 bombs are atleast 40k worth of money. Plus the risk of loosing guns already being there.

Means people can just stay in their base all day long and not show their faces, making it impossible for attackers to bomb them. Basically, this is just making it easier to power-grow.

Bombs are the only way to get rid of the wooden castles you call defenses, stopping the use of them because "they would destroy the drugs" is not something adding anything good to the server, but allowing people to powergrow with less danger.

This suggestion was made after you got bombed at subs and lost all your drugs and I think thats the only reason you made it.

Using a bomb has it's advantage and disadvantages like any other method of entry, so why do you seek to restrict this and not the others?

The obvious answer is, because the advantages are those typically seen as important by many people, such as the large scale damage it can do. However, it is extremely loud, will attract attention and will limit the raider's time inside the base. All this without mentioning the cost and genetics required to craft a bomb. All of these are important factors in balancing the strategy and reasons why bombing is no more acceptable as a strategy than bobby pinning.

Thats the worst suggestion that I have seen, "
if you have full knowledge, that all who might get hit by it, is armed" thats impossible in my levels, how are you supposed to know he doesnt have weapons, you cant noclip, can you?
"you should not place down bombs to raid an apartment where the drugs would realistically be destroyed" If we have to talk about realism, you are not the best...

Bombs make it easier to raid and still have their own disadvantages. If you raid with a bobby pin, mostly what happens is the person pinning gets wallbanged the fuck out of, and when you run through the door to try and shoot you get slapped in the face by the guy behind his castle-like defence.

Instead people use bombs and bombs are still fairly easy to defend from considering the number of people inside the base that don't die to the bomb and just hide in corners watching 1 spot. Also when using a bomb the cops are almost guaranteed to come in big numbers, so it really isn't as easy as just placing a bomb because it's cheap for people who have the money.
