Is this a new law or a change to a current law: Change

What law do you wish to change/add: I want to make it so this law excludes officers

Why should this change/addition be made: Currently all officer and SWAT are breaking this law because they are publicly displaying in holsters and on backs. This means officer are aloud to be placed under citizens arrest for this.

What is the aim of this change/addition: To make it so police can't be arrested for displaying.

I clearly don't see the point of changing this law, SWAT needs to have offensive weapons to subdue/take down a individual with a gun/weapon that could harm a citizen, the main reason why they are stationed at the Private Parking lot of the Police department is because they are on 'private property' and are allowed to 'carry' their weapons.

Although they are very tenuously exempt from things like this under the law this has been noted and will be put into the new penal code which should be released soon.
