This is unfair: just because i live in Italy and a good Internet connection cost more then me.I'm downloading now so it says 0.96Mb/s Download, btw i've 6.90Mb/s normaly

Although my ISP had massive problems with their server the past 2-3 weeks (That's why i was inactive).
That explains why i do not have my full 100 mb/s aswell as my 7 mb/s upload rate and my 4 ms ping (no matter what though i still have the best ping whilst playing on the server, i wish i had a better pc tho to fully enjoy it)

But, I know, upload is pretty slow, it's the fasted internet you can get here in Belgium tho.
