Main idea: Have the ability to pick things up that are under water.
Description: Right now if you try to pick something up under water with the 'use' key it will give you a pop-up message saying that you can't pick up things under water or something. This is extremely unrealistic as I obviously can seen in the video below.
Make it so you can actually pick things up and can physgun out props under water.

- No more getting shot into the water when trying to pick up a prop and you accidentaly stand on it.
- No more random drowning because of something being under water.
adds realism- When you accidentaly drop something in the water you can easily pick it up.
- When you freeze something in the water the staff team doesn't have to physgun them out.
Cons:
- People might hide things in the sea to pick them up later. (Realistic though, happens irl)
