I was on call to a large shootout at Glass Co. I was helping move all the bodies of the victims into a pile which was outside of the business. I then saw a man on the floor at Bazaar, I proceeded to approach the Bazaar area and I saw the dead man lying on the floor and another man dead in one of the shops front. Bruno was buying a Makarov from the shop (I think) when he walked past me aiming the weapon, I told him to lower it (he complied) once I moved both bodies into the main area of Bazaar I was about to DNA the men when Bruno Ramos decided to open fire towards me, hoping to obviously kill me. I pulled out my weapon and took Bruno down.
I called for back-up to my immediate location and a medic, code 3. I then proceeded to cuff all around my location for my own safety as I was the only Officer in the area. I then began to DNA the two dead men, both men were not killed by Bruno Ramos, I did not have any information on possible crimes he has committed, I see absolutely no reason for him to risk his life trying to kill me. Once a medic got on scene and revived Bruno we then proceeded to get into an Officers car and travel to the PD for processing, on the journey he stated his reasoning in LOOC saying he thought I was the officer that supposedly ticketed him earlier in the day.
