Why should this player be punished?: 3.8 he had himself barricaded inside a room making it only a one way to push literally a maze
2.3 he also had a barricade placed in a room where he could get on top so he could jump (bug) through the second floor to look at raiders/cops to shoot them through where you could easily see in the video

also the player broke 3.4 but not following orders under gun point drove off while being gun pointed and this was his response

It seems like user ICU was the one who was jumping on top of a workbench and shooting you through the floor, I will try to contact them regarding this.
