Why should this player be punished?: 1.1 Disrespectful Behavior , 3.4 Putting your Life at Risk , 3.3 Unrealistic Actions . I approached him in the forest and started a mugging at gun point , he put his hand cuffs and as I attempted to get zip ties on him to search him for drugs and money he would start to drift away making it impossible to do so . At one point during this struggle I accidently released him , I put him under gun point and he still ran away I shot him multiple times and stopped due to being crippled . After him calling me a retard I followed him with my gun out telling him to put his hands up , he proceeded to put his fists up saying his hands were up (they weren't ) I then asked him to surrender he also didnt comply . He then put his hands up after stating he thoughts he was telling him to fist fight him . He then when in zip ties again started to walk away and didnt comply at all because "it was to dark" , which dosent make any sense because I had my flashlight on . He kept on not listening and wouldn't stand still even at gunpoint and wouldnt let me search him .

well in the clip i was confused since it was dark and hard to see, he cuffed me searched me so I'm being mugged then he lets me go so I ran the opposite direction for the sake of life which is in the rules to do so. then he broke the rules and the nre pointed a gun at me then cuffing me the researching me then saying he was kidnaping me. also can u tell me how u came with the decision to come to hick town or did u look in chat and see how I typed 'fuck my car just drowned in the ocean'. so ur meta gaming pls can u provide ur demo for that situation of u meta gaming

@Ernst, you blatantly broke 3.4. It was clear that @tmac had you under gunpoint and there was nothing you could have done to save your life other than cooperating.
Your argument that he broke 5.1 because he ziptied you and then release you its invalid because that does not define the end of a situation and if you believed a rule was being broken you should have complied and opened a report.

For these reasons and because his record is completely clean in regards of 3.4, @Ernst will receive a warning for their actions.

@tmac as for you, please do not break character during a situation and keep that for a report.
