Why should this player be punished?: 3.4, 3.18 - The player shot through his window with an FN SCAR at the Lakeview Motel for no good reason, then immediately stored the weapon when an officer arrived on the scene. He then failed to comply when ordered to take the weapon out of storage, resulting in a jail sentence.

I understand that I could have used “/me” to retrieve the weapon, but I had something to take care of IRL and didn’t want to prolong the situation as it was clear that the player and his friends were looking to troll.

never requested a /me for gun shot res and ect im sorry you had irl stuff to do but thats not a excuse to not rp? that's all you had to do. also the gun was never stored we had hotel 2 and hotel 4 i had 2 i believe adam had 4 i dropped it in there bro, also staff i dont have a notification for this action request, it may be a website bug also no email like usual <3 the player had to let me know in game that i had a action request witch was nice of him thank you Christina

You claim you never stored your weapon. If that's true and the gun was hidden in another room, using "/me" wouldn't have helped me retrieve it. I would've taken you to your storage and said "/me retrieves recently fired SCAR from storage box," to which you would've likely responded, "no recently fired SCAR in storage." Since I don't have the ability to breach, that would've further justified taking you straight to jail rather than wasting time going back and forth, especially given your toxic attitude.

The car you claimed was being stolen was nowhere near the parking lot, and no car alarm sounded. I arrived, announced my presence, and you continued shooting at nothing. Can you provide a clip supporting your claim that you were defending against a car theft?

If you were genuinely defending your property, why refuse to comply with an officer's orders and hide your weapon? How does turning a property defense situation into a jail sentence show that you value your freedom?
