Why should this player be punished?: I was told to make this into an AR by on duty admins on the server, I was testdriving a 4.5 million bugatti and the guy I am making the AR against drove on the wrong side of the road, crashed into me, causing me to crash, die and lose my entire deposit.

I've tried following https://help.perpheads.com/page/demos to get the ESP to work in demos but no matter what I do I cannot get it to work and noone's been able to help me with this. I do have this clip of the incident tho.

Also the STEAMID that I posted as the "player's STEAMID" isn't theirs it's mine as it wouldn't allow me to make the post without "a valid STEAMID"
