Why should this player be punished?: The user broke 3.4 as he shot me in revenge for me trying to steal his friend's car in the eyesight of police which the rule states here "Committing a violent or serious crime, such as murder, theft, arson, etc. whilst knowing that police are in direct eyeshot of the scene you wish to commit the crime at"

Thank you for cutting the clip to the point where it only shows after the cop pulled up. When you first left the casino there was no cop there. I can also provide a demo POV if needed for the staff member handling. Even in your own video you can see that the cop car has only just turned the corner and starting pulling in. So you saying I knew the police was there is complete false.

After requesting Jamie's POV, it seems like he had turned around and didn't see the officer at all, as the rule states, it doesn't seem like Jamie knew there was Police there even after looking around, just barely out of his line of sight when he turned around.
