Why should this player be punished?: User broke 3.22 drove the wrong way down a road for a reason that wasnt benefical to him resulting in the t2 of my ferrari 250 gt
and then the user drove off without even offering to pay for my car

Yeah, that is what happened, I assumed you would turn away but it turns out no-one did.

You still shouldnt of been driving down the wrong side of the road this is a clear violation of 3.22

This seems to have been more of an unfortunate accident. Laws were broken not explicitly rules as stated it is an accident To clarify @aarondavid45 3.22 only counts on the highway this happened in the city center. If this was on purpose it would have been 3.15 but it does not seem like that.
