Why should this player be punished?: 3.4 - Vandalised the jewelry store directly in front of me, fled, then was detained. Apparently was wanted for murder or something worse because a pack of his boys showed up to free him. So either he was baiting for us to do something to arrest him so his boys could kill us or his friends tried to free him also breaking 3.4 because he was being arrested for 6.9. This was just kind of atrocious bait and poor taste tbh. If you're going to cop bait at least be smart about it this was just sad and ruined our RP. We were investigating someone breaking glass at Jennifer's and he was a new player so I was explaining how the server worked and he just pulled up and baited us into this.

I was the other officer in this situation, and I want to clarify that I only spoke in unit radio at the end. The unit only comprised of me and Simon, so I didn't break 3.4 by calling for backup or anything. It was an honest mistake because I had mostly been speaking in unit radio during me and Simon's patrol, so I apologize for that.

alright first of all i was messing around when i broke the glass the jewelry glass i didn't know that you can arrest me for something such as i thought you can like give me a ticket or something and that's it so after you got me my friend which is seif gus he was the only one who's trying to get me free by telling you guys to get me out and open the cuffs and then he was gonna handcuff you so we can use the car and run away without you guys catching us i swear i don't even know any of the other guys you can even check if i'm buddies with them but i don't even know any of them he don't know any of them as well he only killed your friend officer because he used the radio but for you if you check he did not kill you he was the guy wearing pink who killed you is the other guy that we don't even know

So let me get this straight, he knew he murdered someone then purposefully committed a crime worthy of arrest right in front of me. Then you knowingly attempted to save him because you (thought) I was going arrest him for murder when I clearly stated it was a 6.9 arrest.

I checked the latest DNA before this situation and saw nothing of recent killings. So not only was he not wanted for murder but you also assumed we had DNA on him which we did not. ( I also remember we did not have a medic or SGT on for almost 1 hour) so it’s impossible you had DNA

I don’t care who killed me, you started the situation. If you never baited us to begin with we wouldn’t have died.

you're right you said so and i was trying to release him anyway without shooting any of you with single bullets and as hard as i know the only time that i'm allowed to shoot the police officers is when me or my friend are getting charged for seven years or more i could have just shot the two of you but i did not do that because i know that's breaking the rules because actually we have just killed someone and if i'm just a stupid person i could have just came to you guys and shot you but i decided to talk to him before i come to you i told him i have zip ties inside my car because as you can see in the clip you got the message that says do you consent for the zip ties yes or no so i don't really see the problem it's just someone who's trying to save his friends without any casualties and unfortunately your friend decided to call for backup so i killed him you dying that's not on me i did not kill you and also as hard as i know there is no rule that says you cannot gunpoint the officer or restrain him and telling him to release your friend for a minor offense like i know don't shoot or kill the officer for a minor offense but i don't think there's a rule that says don't put the officer under gunpoint to release your friend for a minor offense

• Murdering a police officer(s) to avoid yourself or others receiving a minor punishment, such as a small ticket or a minor jail sentence
• as you can see that's the rule 3.4 i didn't have any intentions to kill you guys but your friend decided to call for backup so i got him out but you you're not my problem because i didn't even do anything to you

@m4m4 you were aware that you could be wanted for murder and know that the police are the last people you should be interacting with in that situation, let alone blatantly baiting them and mucking them around for fun. You will be receiving a 2 week ban for your awful behaviour.

As for @Seif Gus's jailbreak, M4M4 had killed someone minutes prior on the highway. This does give him reason to believe that a warrant would be added as this is a very public area. He was not involved in the tomfoolery in Jennifer's and sees his potentially murder-wanted pal in the police car. It's a fair assumption for him to make that if M4M4 had been warranted, the police would have seen that when they went back to deal with him, even if there was only a 6.9 charge at first. For this reason, we do not feel that his actions were against the rules and that they were carried out as smoothly as possible.

I will say, Seif, that you seem to have changed your story midway through this AR. Whether you think that would have helped your case or not, I don't know, but we're going to run with what you said first and give you the benefit of the doubt. You can't gunpoint cops because your mate is being nicked for petty crime, you are putting your own life and freedom at a risk that is disproportionate to the situation at hand. Do not go around thinking you can do that or you'll likely find yourself in the same position as M4M4.

The uninvolved individual who killed you, @Simon Bendetti, will receive a 1 week ban.
