Why should this player be punished?: my car was stolen so me and my friends were driving around the city trying to find it, we eventually found it at farm where we started getting shot at, we realized there was a raid about to happen and decided to run fearing for our lives, it seems this guy had other plans as he decided to gun me down whilst i was attempting to leave the scene

We was gping his friend at farm and they come over one rams me over with the car so i thought they were his friends trying to help him the guy we gped was screaming something like yeah get them boys or smth like that cant remember and i stand up pull my gun and see one running towards there i thought i saw a gun in his hands but he didnt have it out but ur friends shot at me u were clearly going to help ur friend by trying to shoot us

Since i wasnt the driver i dont know but i assume it was an accident as he appeared so fast

The only person in that clip i know is dick harris who drove the car, everyone else i do not know. The other guy in the car is dicks friend who i do not know on a personal level

and to be fair you walked infront of the car, you can clearly tell it is about to turn in the clip and u proceed to walk into its path

No one knew u were armed until you decided to light the car up, this matthew person who apparently is my friend i have no idea who is

A raid was being conducted on farm as you approached, a bomb was placed. There are three of you in the vehicle and the driver of the vehicle decided to run over the player who is part of the farm raid. After the player was ran over, the vehicle you were in got shot and at least one of your passengers began firing at the players, in this example the player who was ran over. He sustained damage and observed you running towards the forest. After reviewing all the circumstances leading to your death, I believe this player perceived you as an active threat (taking a tactical position in the forest).

The player in this action request sustained damage from one of the group members of your vehicle, the player was ran over by the vehicle you were in, and the player was in an active raid at this time. No rule violation was observed here. This was observed in the reported players' demo.
