Why Should This Player Be Punished: As you see in my recording, Feng tries to steal a car and then starts gunpointing the owner of the vehicle for some reason. Creepis then decides to take his rifle up and gunpoint a civilian and force him to drop his phone. This was all done in a very public place with a lot of people around, I don't see how Creepis would benefit from this, I think it would be smarter and safer to run away with his friends, instead of gun pointing a civilian and risking to be shot by cops. This was done at the bazaar parking where police cars often pass by and where a lot of people are.
I would like to see @Creepis justify his actions.
