Why Should This Player Be Punished: I think they should both be punished for 3.4, 5.1 and 6.3 as demonstrated in the video below the first man started to shoot the glass at car dealer in front of NPC's and a CCTV camera. Then his friend gets out a bat and does the same thing and they attempt to mug me but police arrive and they run off.
