Why should this player be punished?: He said he was going to bomb me then proceeded to do so. Minutes later he said he didn't mean to but clearly in the video he said he intended to bomb me.

You were not bombed. You and 'Zynx' were shot and killed by Secret Service Agent Gustavo Gaviria (patrick_bateman). Jack Seed actually avenged you, killing the SS Agent with their bat. I've edited the AR to represent the correct player, however they do not have a forum account so I will attempt to reach out to them on Steam.

I was unable to contact the player and get their side of the story but from what I can see in the video he had no reason to even draw his firearm in this situation. He will be receiving a 2 week ban.
