Why should this player be punished?: Some random dudes raided me, i succesfuly defended my self. Police came and secured the place. some minutes later other dudes tried to raid me, while police where inside , they managed to kill police and kill me.

Don't worry, sometimes it takes awhile for an AR to be handled, however nevertheless the player in the wrong shall receive the fitted punishment.
