Why should this player be punished?: 4.1 officer didnt wanted to help civilian that was bleeding even tho its his duty then when informed that IA will be made he insulted me and treathen to cuff me then not even 1 minute later he left duty and he/his friend run me over for supposly that (samsn told me to make IA but I still see its vilation of rules as in a clip u see that chow went into a car and then purpusly hit me while I was writing f6 report and fleed edit: samsn misread thinking I just want to make IA)
