Why should this player be punished?: 3.4 (Putting your life at risk), 3.5 (New Life Rule), 3.7 (Properties).

The rule breakage of 3.4 comes from the first clip, the mugging. I cannot tell when he had the gun in his hands, but it seemed to be about the same time I had mine - the issue is that I very clearly had mine aimed at his head while I was attempting to mug him, and yet he still raises and aims his revolver whilst I am doing so, resulting in his death.

3.5 is from the second and third clip (the second is there to more or less just be proof of the third's claim that the car is the same, but he loves to try and cuff/baton people for nearly no reason very often as well, but that's not within the scope of this AR), you can see in chat that King Waza knows that it hadn't been five minutes since he last died, and literally while his corpse is being disposed of, he returns in his squad car. You can also see the car disappear after he dies in the second clip - he respawned his car and came back, keep in mind this was during the April 1st update where he had 0 respawn timer, you can also hear Allen say that he's just going to come back, since he'd been doing this consistently.

3.7 is from the last clip - me and Claus Santos were raiding him, I was having him watch the front to tell me if he came into the back, when he did so I heard him jump onto the planters, so I sprayed where I heard him jump (I didn't have any reason to assume he wasn't armed and looking at the door, when he died he had a revolver on him). I heard his body drop, picked the door, and the entrance was completely blocked off, meaning there was only one valid entrance to the entire room.

There are some other things I can't prove since I don't have the evidence, but he has consistently abused his power as a cop, to points where I'm not too sure if it should be taken as rule-breaking or a PLPD complaint (I'm still pretty new so those lines are blurry to me). He attempted to falsely arrest someone who I forget the name of in Bazaar a few days, and even after they got a corporal down and two other officers, he refused to let them go for about ten minutes (I'm sure others can vouch for me there). Outside of this, I believe someone mugged/raided him half an hour or so after I did, and he just alt + f4'd before black screen (as far as I was told, again these are things I cannot prove.)

I don't know what the punishments should be, but these are my observations.

I've also had some bad encounters with this guy where he's just been an absolute minge. Half the time he doesn't even speak and he just cuffs you for fuck all.

fact 1 - actually as a policeman, I arrested him because he didn't obey the order to ''put away your weapon'' and he was walking freely with a weapon in his hands through the bazaar, so the reason for handcuffing the alleged player, you can consult that I didn't put him in jail.At this time of night the players tend to do a lot of silly things.. this is extremely annoying.
Fact 2 - About the robbery, wouldn't it be illegal to steal in the bazaar area? at least that's what they told me.. yes, I sell weapons, I already had it in my hand. This fact of the complaint was a ''gang'' of thug friends who like to take their time.
I don't see any problem reacting to a robbery as long as I've noticed the chase.
at that game time, there were only players in the bazzar shops area, I was investigating the situation normally as a policeman, without any METAGAME, or accusing and arresting. I came back after the NLR and the player with the same ''crime'' - wielding the gun and killing myself several times.
what would be the problem if I returned to the area investigating the situation as a police officer without NLR
I didn't handcuff him for no reason, every time he didn't obey in ''put the gun''.
I came back the last time, I had a shotgun in my back, I told him to put it away, he went to his car, hid, equipped and killed me.
this same player cursed me a few times for being a police officer. even though I could put him in jail I didn't do it
this player committed the crime of, 1- cursing the policeman 2- not obeying in keeping the weapon, even so I didn't arrest or capture his weapon, I just warned him to keep it, but the boy insisted on killing me.
at the time of the video in which I handcuffed the boy, he refused to put the pistol away and continued to hold it, as a security guard I handcuffed him, I was putting my life and other people's life at risk in the bazzar

I have no idea what arrest you’re talking about, I was never arrested. As far as Bazzar robberies go, as far as I’m aware mugging in the actual room is free game, not the open area outside the room.

And even after you respawn, you still have a time where you can’t return to your death area. Plenty of people can be seen in chat and can be heard in voice chat clearly saying that you’ve broken NLR or that you’re going to, and beside that, there is video evidence.

Also if you’re gonna add me on steam, at least have a stronger attempt at shit talking lmao

I would like to start by apologising for the delay on the handling of this action request. A number of complications have arisen which have slowed down the process. @Cambares has surpassed his provided ultimatum and I have come to a conclusive verdict.

Watching the first clip closely, @newAgeGoku, by the time you had pointed your weapon at Cambares, he had already pulled out his weapon. At which point, he is typically permitted to raise his weapon and defend himself. Exceptions would be cases where survival is incredibly unlikely such as being under gunpoint from multiple people. As such, no rulebreaks are evident from this part of the footage.

Closely analysing the server logs, the statement provided by Cambares and the short demonstration of the behaviour Cambares was inhibiting, I am confidently able to say beyond any reasonable doubt that NLR has been violated on numerous occasions. Whilst it is true that the April 1st update was in effect, that update did not effect police NLR and Cambares should not have returned to the area that he died until 5 minutes had passed.

As for the final part of the footage, it is evident that Cambares has violated rule 3.7 by blocking off one of the two entrances that must be left unobstructed.

Given his ignorance of the rules in this situation, also considering the ban he received on the same day, @Cambares will be receiving a 5 day ban for the above.
