Why should this player be punished?: We showed up to subs as we had 911 call from forums of some kind of shooting/raid I don't really remember where we pull them over to speak to them about that as they just left the forest. I see his friend pull out a gun I take cover and gp Xhantium but he then delays the gp and doesn't put his hands up for a good 10 seconds maybe more because I was telling him since 2 sec in video to put his hands up for a chance of his friend killing me so he can take out his own gun. you can even see him trying to "talk" his way out of gunpoint.

Upon @xhantium having the chance to respond to this, I have elected not to hand out any punishments. He should however remember hi binds, so situations like these won't occur in the future.
