Add a dislike button to the shoutbox

Description of the idea: Add a Dislike button to the shoutbox so there is pretty much an opposite to the like button

Why should this be added? (pros): Another way to express your opinion in the shoutbox

What negatives could this have? (cons): People might get salty if someone dislikes them for no reason

I'd like this, would be a great addition and I'd use it very often to dislike all of Wiki's messages in the shoutbox.
