Im slightly confused, by Main street im assuming you are on about PD main street, also this could be allievited almost fully, by just spawning your car and going through the regals walkway towards regals car park in order to get your car, the only cases in which this would not occur, would be in front parking of PD, and the negitives are quite bad in this case, as spawning at Bank would delay response by quite a bit due to having to either run back to PD from hospital/Regals side and respawn your car or similar. The way the respawn system works right now is quite fine, at least in my opinion.
