Suggestion Title: Add Echo Romeo unit to paramedics
Suggestion Description: Add Echo Romeo units 1 and 2 to the paramedic role, potentially removing Echo 5 and 6. This unit would be a placeholder that can be used by Dispatch or others to designate a unit as a full-size ambulance for body clean-up, for example. This is exactly how it is done with the firefighter units being Hotel and Hotel Romeo.

Why should this be added?:
Organization of units, relatively easy to implement.

What negatives could this have?:
None that I can think of

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Lack of organization or distinction between full sized ambulances and normal medics without body removal capability

i agree, its a bit of a mess not knowing that paramedic unit can do body cleanup and which one cannot

it takes time, this just makes it easier, it's a QoL addition, you can live without it but it makes life easier

Looking at the Dispatcher handbook, the idea of Echo Romeo units is already mentioned, not sure if this used to be a feature/is a planned feature, maybe someone could clarify?

I remember that we were able to change from echo to echo romeo as EMS. I guess it was removed from the recent updates.

There used to be Echo Romeo units, I think it should be added back as it would let dispatch know if that unit can respond to body clean up or not. I was assigned body clean up multiple times while I was in a first responder vehicle (with other paramedics already in an ambulance).
