Your version of the law: 1.13 Tax Evasion: Organized evasion of the sales tax with both the customer and seller in agreement to sell and evade, is a criminal offence.
Why do you believe this law should be Added/Edited: I found that within bazaar shops that most often people pay for items on sale the "DarkRP" way, which allows for upright tax evasion. LEO's and even Police Supervisors are unable to do anything about this without this law being added. IRL organized evasion of the sales tax is considered tax evasion and thus is a criminal offence.
