Police Suggestion Addition to the 911 app when on duty

Brief description of idea: When on duty as an officer, you can use the 911 app to view and assign calls to your unit.
however, to make sure to police computer update does not become left alone:
to edit, close and create incidents, you must use the Police Computer.

What benefits would this idea have for the department: Allows officers to view and assign calls on the go without opening F3 all the time and potentially causing a lag spike
Does not require another app, as it would tie into the 911 App.

What potential negatives could this have for the department: None, For development, however, could take time.

I know this (https://perpheads.com/threads/show-incident-message.41621/) was accepted a while back which could make this suggestion a bit pointless. I personally think we only need a popup of the 911 call to come up and not an entirely new section of the 911 app as it will likely take a fair amount of dev time to make.

Having a key bind to assign the incident to you would be cool... like you see the incident come in and you press a key and you are assigned then you can see more info and then also people will know you are responding
