So these past days I've been getting to know @Alabin, and he's a very friendly, happy and professional individual.
As we all know I'm not very good at making long texts, so I just wanted to recommend him.
I would say Alabin is a very good roleplayer as a police supervisor. I have hardly seen him off duty so I really couldn't give feedback on his roleplay of when he is off duty. But I agree with this, one of the best police supervisors I've seen.
