Suggestion Title: All officers should have area closed barricades.
Suggestion Description: Currently, only officers in patrol gear have access to area closed barricades. This doesn't mean it's wrong that they should only have access to said barricade, as it's part of their SOP, but the problem comes from the fact that most experienced officers would, most of the time, be in RTU or TFU gear, giving little to no opportunities for said barricades to be used. Instead, most officers would use road closed barricades inside a building, which is dumb. I understand that newer officers can do that and should, but they are still learning, and I don't believe limiting the barricades to patrol only is a good idea. After all, all divisions follow the same principles at the end of the day and should have access to the same barricades unless they are specified for said division. Overall, this will make RTU and TFU officers' jobs easier in containment if no patrol officers are available.
Why should this be added?:
- It would make policing in other gears easier when it comes to containment .

- Patrol would lose a barricade that was only available to them.
What problem would this suggestion solve?: Officers will change from using road closed barricades in buildings to area closed ones, improving immersion. etc
