Allowing SWAT to recieve armourform the armoury.

I've had it a number of times.
A shootout, a bank robbery, and your SWAT.
You lose armour, and you can't get it back and you go to a call out unarmoured.
It'd be a nice idea to allow SWAT to get armour like police do when they talk to the NPC in the lower parts of the Police Department.


Advantages :
-It saves admins being called out when they could be dealing something far more serious.
-They are prepared for their next call out.
