animations are fucked up/no sounds from guns

when people drink they lay down when they eat they lay down, when people reload they lay down etc.
Also when i shoot and other people shoot theres no sound

I think the first issue has something to do with HL2 content as I had a same issue.

Same for me, I don't mind the eating animation and some other animations fucked up, but the no sound guns and shooting is really annoying.

I have no AK47 Sounds and cant see my bullets dropping which effects my shooting.

Now, Belg said that deleted content from cscheater fixed the problem, not too sure, but I fixed my problem by deleting Gmod and everything left over.

Removing the hl2 content for me didn't do anything

Also changed some sounds footsteps sounds like a fricken bear walking
and the flashlight makes the sound that it would if u posted something in chat (slight tick noise)
