Any suggestions?

When I watch a demo , It's perfectly fine and smooth.

When I'm recording , It looks smooth with 20 + FPS

When I watch the recording , It's lagging and has some delay

Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks !

I recommend you to try out http://plays.tv/. Whenever I used software such as Fraps or Dxtory, I always had framedrops when recording and watching the playback but with Plays.tv, I can record smoothly with no interruptions and high quality video outputs. If you need help setting it up with the right settings, be sure to let me know.
