So I've been having a problem where, if I start up APB Reloaded, it gets stuck on the launcher. Let me explain what it does:
So what it does is, as you can see, pretends to be updating, but it says that the update is complete:
And it also says that it's scanning for something. I've tried taking tips from friends, reddit, etc. And I've tried all fixes it's given me, the most popular one being to disable your IPV6 and enable your IPV4.
How do I fix this?
Also, before you say "Click Repair":
