Why Should This Player Be Punished: 1. Stalled Mugging He had 1972 Money on him and more then a phone @Gimic dealt with the report so he knows

1. Infront RC NPC tried to murder me but i dodged like a motherfucker and Cop killed him and me but i got revived
2. Once the cop killed him he Disconnected. The Cop can confirm and @Brinch @Brinch2 since he dealt with my second report

He broke 3-4 rules and yes i accidently surrendered because i wanted to tell him in LOOC but i accidently typed it in local chat
