Why Should This Player Be Punished :
First of all, I was in the bazaar betting when I dropped 80k and Kyle Wheels that was in the corner picked up the money and left the server.
Secondly, I did a bet of 80k and the owner of the shop lost it and he told me that he didn't have the money to pay me so that he had to sell drugs to get the money.After that he went to his car, ran away and never appeared again.
